Dehydratefood.info was created to spread the knowledge of food dehydration – it is an easy, fun and an exciting way to enhance flavors and store food!

It’s me, Eric, from Stockholm Sweden, who is the creator. I wrote a book in Swedish on dehydrating food in 2012, rewritten in 2021. People loved that book – 30,000 copies sold – and I have had numerous talks and workshops on the topic since then.
The book is now translated into English – with more than 300 photos. That is why I named it: “Food Dehydrating: The Illustrated Handbook”.
On this site, you will find lots of information on how to dehydrate food, as well as the FREE PDF on how to start dehydrating. But keep in mind that some information on the website is limited and found exclusively in the eBOOK.
